About the Job

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Claim Adjuster in our Buenos Aires’ office.

Main aspects of the role will include:

Coordinate telephone calls from customers, engineers, lawyers, and captains among others.
Provide cover when the manager is away.
Sending out various written correspondence.
Arranging inspections of damage with staff members.

Skills/Experience

Native - Bilingual English level.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organization.
Accuracy and attention to details is key.
A calm & assertive manner when dealing with customer complaints.
The ability to analyze information.
Good administrative and computer skills.
